Both have extensive backgrounds in the health care industry, corporate sector and sports arena. Active Mind was setup in recognition that human resources are a key factor in both an organizations success and an individual's success. Having witnessed the effects of stress and the resulting waste in human potential, John and Shirley developed a passion to discover how stress could be managed and self-belief could be enhanced in order that people would fulfill their true potential.
